LE LANTERNE
Contemporary Italian tradition
Italy was all about “la dolce vita” in the 1950s and 1960s. Now its daring, irreverent flavours are back and they’ve been fused with Lucanian tradition in the Santavenere Hotel, in a modern culinary experience that weaves a narrative about the present day.
The large windows of the indoor dining room look out over the sea and guests can dine outside on the large patio on warm summer evenings.
From Monday to Thursday, guests are taken on an enthralling journey through traditional Italian cuisine and its forthright flavours. They’re given a contemporary twist and the exceptional local food and wine is championed.
